By accessing and using Apola AI ("the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Service.

The Service is intended for educational purposes, specifically to assist students in their learning journey. By using this Service, you confirm that you are using it for legitimate educational purposes.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

3. Subscription & Payment

Apola AI offers both free and premium (Pro) subscription tiers:

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Mobitel (mSpace) carrier billing. By subscribing, you authorize automatic monthly charges until you cancel your subscription.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the Settings page or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• You will retain access to Pro features until your subscription expires
• No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription period

If you experience billing issues, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge.

5. Acceptable Use

When using Apola AI, you agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Use the Service to generate harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Share account credentials with third parties
• Resell or redistribute any part of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Apola AI are owned by Apola AI and its licensors. This includes:

• The Service's design, graphics, and user interface
• AI models and algorithms
• Educational content and materials

Content you create using the Service (notes, study materials) remains your intellectual property. However, by using the Service, you grant us a license to process this content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Apola AI is an educational assistance tool and should not replace proper academic study, teacher guidance, or professional educational services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apola AI shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill
• Academic outcomes or examination results
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes through email or in-app notifications.
